Lachlan brings a strong mix of practical experience and financial advice expertise to his role in the Financial Planning team at Goodmans where his holistic approach to the development of financial strategies assists Goodman clients achieve their goals.

Since beginning his journey in financial services, Lachlan has strived to demonstrate a commitment to continued learning and excellence. In 2019, he was awarded the Financial Planning Association’s Australian Paraplanner of the Year, recognising his thorough research skills and unwavering focus on delivering an outstanding strategic client outcome.

Lachlan spent the first decade of his career as a residential carpenter, and then studied a Bachelor of Commerce with a dual major in Accounting and Financial Planning at Griffith University. He has since completed the internationally recognised Certified Financial Planner ® certification and is also a qualified Justice of the Peace.

Beyond the office, Lachlan enjoys life as a proud ‘girl dad’ and husband. Recently, he began collecting rare vinyl records, combining his love for music with a carefully curated record collection.
